The World Health Organization has published a number of nutritional advice that adults with "Covid-19" infection should follow.
And the nutritional advice published by the international organization on its account in "Twitter" explained the necessity of following a food diet and avoiding a number of foods and drinks that might harm the patient.
The organization stressed the importance of drinking a large amount of water (8-10) cups per day while eating fruits and vegetables that contain water and other drinks, with the importance of avoiding "drinking large quantities of caffeine, sweetened fruit juices, fruit syrups, soft and refreshing drinks."
She also stressed the need to "eat a balanced food every day that contains vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, protein and antioxidants that a person needs to strengthen his immune system and reduce the risk of infectious diseases."
The international organization stressed "the need to avoid saturated and trans fats as well as trans fats and industrially produced".
It reiterated the need to reduce table salt as much as possible and to use iodized salt.
